John Wilton – Founder, Board President and Executive Director

John Wilton has a rural North Central Texas Ranching upbringing and has enjoyed hunting and the outdoors since childhood. He has an insurance/real estate background spanning over 25 years with demonstrated process compliance proficiency, sales/people skills and client management/development at all levels.

Josielyn F. Wilton, MD, MPH – Co-Founder, Board Treasurer and Program Coordinator

Josielyn Fabales Wilton is a medical doctor from the Philippines with 14 years of public health experience. She is a medical graduate of the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERMMMC) and has earned her Masters of Public Health at the University of the Philippines – Manila. She has served as Regional Head of the Family Health and Nutrition Cluster as well as Regional Program Coordinator for Maternal and Child Health, Women’s Health and Safe Motherhood. She is one of the Outstanding Achievers in Newborn Screening. She also enjoyed working as Area Coordinator for foreign-assisted projects. She is a Fellow of the International Institute of Education-Leadership Development Mechanism (IIE-LDM) of the David and Lucile Packard Foundation. She is also a Fellow of the Health Leadership and Management Foundation (HLMP) of the Zuellig Foundation and also a member of the North Texas Association of Philippine Physicians. She is a devoted wife and loving mother to Jonel, Myra Belle, Pamela Joy Olvido and Ashley Hysmith.

Rose Dalipe-Cranston – Board Secretary

Rose Dalipe-Cranston is a retired member of the United States Air Force. She currently serves as the treasurer of the Hutto American Legion Post 302 and a volunteer for the Hutto Food Pantry. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and is working as a Financial Aid Specialist at Austin Community College in Austin, Texas.

Linda Gray – Board Member, Community and Resource Developer

Linda Gray is a nonprofit business consultant with more than 20 years of experience. President of Corporate Connections, a nonprofit management business with expertise in nonprofit start ups, nonprofit management, grant research and development for Churches, grassroots faith-based organizations and community nonprofits. Professional affiliated memberships include the National Association of Professional Women, American Association of Grant Professionals, National Grants Management Association and Business Mentor for the SCORE Association of Dallas, Texas.

Paul Aidala – Board Member

Paul Aidala has over 25 years experience in the Relocation, Mortgage and Banking Industries. Paul is a graduate of Saint John’s University with a BA in Finance. Paul currently resides in Dallas,Texas along with his wife Mary, daughters Ava and Samantha.
